As an Inward Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the inward logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of goods.Key Responsibilities:- Check and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or packing slips. Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any discrepancies or issues.- Record and maintain accurate inventory records. Update stock levels in the inventory management system. Coordinate with the warehouse team to organize and store materials appropriately.- Prepare and maintain detailed logs and records of all received goods. Ensure proper documentation and filing of receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents.- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of goods. Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment details and schedules.- Perform quality checks on received goods to ensure compliance with company standards. Report any non-conformance or quality issues to the appropriate department.- Follow company policies and procedures related to inward logistics and inventory management. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications:- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word).- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software is an added advantage.
