Responsibilities Job description Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies. Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices Creating reports for Account receivables and Account Payables. Preparing Vendor reconciliations. Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management. Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Requirements Bachelors in commerce/master\'s in commerce or MBA. Minimum 12 months to maximum 2 years of experience in North American accounting (Trucking Industry). Well-organized and detail oriented. Ability to work well with a range of individuals. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Good spoken and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (Fleet Manager, Truck Mate) is a plus. Enthusiastic and passionate.
