Invoice Central Management Team serves as a center of excellence operational group within GF&BM for all CCB functions ensuring vendor-based invoices are run through business validation and submission to the corporate account payables team in accordance with GSS/CCB guidelines, accounting & tax standards. The ICM Analytics team is responsible for performing spend data analysis to look for opportunities to improve processes and deliver business solutions. The team collaborates with sourcing, third party oversight, procurement operations, supplier management and payment operations groups to solve business challenges, recommend financial save opportunities, design and implement automation solutions and create reports

Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze invoice and spend information, identify trends, research anomalies and provide business solutions
• Execute data analysis using a combination of Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath etc
• Recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges. Design and implement automation solutions
• Identify and extract reports from multiple sources, translate data to meaningful business information, provide recommendations and present to senior executives, as required
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
• Actively seek opportunities to simplify/improve processes, technology and services; communicate improvement strategies to the business and lead implementation efforts
• Partner with business and support groups in identifying and driving supplier early payment discounts to the firm. Perform project coordination or other responsibilities, as needed. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience in building solutions with Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath and related analytic tools
• Analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Preferable to have experience with Alteryx and UiPath. A background in data analytics & automation is a plus
• Experience in account payables, invoice processing, accruals and reconciliation is a plus
• Strong eye for detail, critical thinking, analytical, problem solving skills, confident in finance and accounting concepts. Also has the ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based, has the courage to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (PitchPro), SAP, Ariba, Concur
