Job Description

• The individual will support for liaising & managing relationship with analysts and institutional investors with key focus on:
+ Quarterly/annual earnings releases
+ Investor/Analyst inquiries and responses on a day to day basis
+ Preparing and managing Investor presentation(s)
+ Prepare and maintain details on investor interactions and profiles
• Monitoring and summarizing analyst reports on the Group, peers and the sector.
• Monitor and analyse key queries on the Bank and the Group and assist in further communication to the senior management
• Study and analyse key parameters and trends relating to the Bank and the Group businesses
• Help in preparing annual report and earnings update presentation
• Analyse and present financial and business trends of competition and sector
• Study and summarise regulatory or other key developments/updates and the analyst/investor views
• Analyse shareholder patterns and details on key shareholders across peers
• Interact and organise information and analysis from businesses of the Bank and the Group.
• Analyse and help on various requirements, such as feedback from proxy advisors, ESG, etc.
• Managing the IR website
• Provide information to Committees of the Board and senior management, as required, on investor activities, stock performance, peer comparisons, etc.
• Make relevant disclosures to the stock exchanges
All the above will be in strict compliance of governance policies, sensitivities and SEBI and other regulations, as applicable

Job Requirements:



• CA/MBA with 1-4 years' experience / B.Com with 3-5 years' experience
• Needs to be conceptually sound and have the ability to independently understand and think through valuations, read and interpret financial data, internal business situations and so on.
• Excellent Analytical skills (financial and numerical). Good proficiency in Excel.
• The individual needs to have an eye for detail with error free output.
• The individual should have the confidence and the ability to handle internal relationships.
• Reasonable orientation / understanding of one or more of Kotak's businesses and how they function, and/or their key drivers.
• The individual should be a good team player.
• A flair for investing and knowledge of capital markets would be an advantage
