Investor Relations Officer
Job Description
? Capital market analysis of company with Peers and Industry/sector
? Relationship building with cross functional internal management to get update on
company
? Coordinate and arrange plant visit for investors
? Provide data points for investor presentation, website and for managing quarterly
earnings process
? Work together with Secretarial team to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements for fair
and timely flow of information
? Interacting with the investor community on a frequent basis and answering queries
raised by them
? Support management in building long term rapport with investors and analysts and keep
shareholders knowledgeable about the companyQualifications
? Performs financial analysis through MIS including financial modeling
? At least 2-3 years' experience in Investor relations or Indian Capital markets will be
preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?904,535.10 per year
