This will be a mix of investor outreach and communication role. The person in this position will coordinate with the investors/ investment organisations to invest in startups with their round of funding and work closely with Investment Committee in managing and supporting the event startups and the existing Freeflow portfolio of investments. Roles & Responsibilities:
Contract length: 36 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9425,103.00 - \xe2\x82\xb92,448,973.50 per year Benefits:
- Scout and evaluate HNIs, Angels & Investment Organisation for investing on startups at a pre-Seed to a Series A stage.
- Work with investors in the event and partner with the best organisations according to the frameworks and mechanisms as outlined by the events team.
- Ensure that the deliverables and milestones of the event are being met and are meeting the stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Regularly interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure investment performance.
- Look for newer avenues of partnerships with different investment organisations, VCs, Micro VCs and bring the same to the team for further action.
- Effectively identify and partner with relevant Investment Mixers & Events in the country.
- Graduate/postgraduate in Finance/Management with a minimum of 2 years of investment experience.
- Experience in managing fund programmes and schemes by working in an entrepreneurial ecosystem/ incubator/accelerator facilitating innovations is an added advantage.
- Strong research & communication skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience of being an Investment Associate will be an added advantage.
- Passion for pursuing a career in the domain of entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Effective and strong network building capabilities to establish relationships with the various stakeholders and startups.
- Good interpersonal communication, organizational, and written communication.
- Good understanding of the emerging technologies and start-up landscape
