The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, and investment houses. In addition to managing investor relationships, this role will also involve securing brand partnerships and sponsorships for the show.Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relationships: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and manage relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, and investment houses for "Angel and Demon."
Brand Partnerships: Identify and engage potential brand partners and sponsors to secure financial backing and promotional support for the show.
Sponsorship Management: Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Event Planning: Organize and host events, meetings, and networking sessions to promote partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships with investors and sponsors.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, deals in the pipeline, red alerts, target achievements, and support needs to senior management.
Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and brand partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections and relationships with partners through personalized interactions, events, and initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for community initiatives and report on metrics, evolving strategies as needed to align with shifting community needs.
Program Management: Drive program content and messaging, manage ongoing communication, recurring events, and the onboarding of program members in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Relationship Management: Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with investors, sponsors, and brand partners.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.
Event Planning: Experience in organizing and executing events to promote partnership opportunities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for investor and sponsor engagement.
Reporting and Analytics: Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the investment landscape and brand partnership ecosystem, particularly in the context of reality shows and entertainment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or a related role.
Proven ability to secure and manage high-value partnerships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
