Role Overview:
As an Investor Relations Associate , you will play a key role in engaging with retail investors, helping them make informed financial decisions, and fostering long-term client relationships. You'll drive lead generation, close deals, and actively contribute to scaling the platform's growth through strategic client management and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Education and Advisory: Guide retail investors through fixed-income products such as NCDs and corporate fixed deposits.
• Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to connect with new investors and convert leads into clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve quarterly and annual investment targets through proactive sales efforts.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve platform features based on client insights.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
What We're Looking For:
• 2-5 years of similar work experience.
• Passion for finance and a solid understanding of fixed-income instruments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
• Proven sales experience --experience in fintech or investment products is a plus.
• Self-motivation and leadership skills to manage sales activities independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment .
