Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of the portfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Plansand conducts special sales initiatives andevents for prospective and existing clients.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless accessto other products.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
