Job Description
- Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate real estate opportunities
- Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities
- Research and analyze real asset (real estate & infrastructure) market
- Provide support for executing investments
- Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as required
- Coverage: India
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial sector (Relevant working experiences in investment, development, or related advisory experiences on real estate and/or Infrastructure)
- Proficient writing skill for various memos for reporting to HQ and investment committee (in English)
- Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and enthusiasm
