Job Description


  • Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate real estate opportunities
  • Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities
  • Research and analyze real asset (real estate & infrastructure) market
  • Provide support for executing investments
  • Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as required
  • Coverage: India
Drive strategic investments |Opportunity to work with a leading sovereign fund
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial sector (Relevant working experiences in investment, development, or related advisory experiences on real estate and/or Infrastructure)
  • Proficient writing skill for various memos for reporting to HQ and investment committee (in English)
  • Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and enthusiasm
