Key Responsibilities
? Achieving your daily dial-out and talk time targets.
? Optimally use your day to talk and educate customers over the call.
? Educate customers on various investment products, including mutual funds and stocks.
? Offer tailored financial solutions based on the customer's needs and objectives.
? Achieve defined sales and performance targets in a structured, professional setting.
? Build and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service.
Qualifications
? Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
or Commerce.
? Location Preference: Candidates must reside close to HSR Layout or be open to
relocating to Bangalore.
? Work Experience: 6 months to 3 years in telesales, preferably in the financial
services domain. (freshers can also apply)
? Profile Stability: Demonstrated stability with no frequent job switches.
Skills:
? Fluent communication in English and Hindi (no Mother Tongue Influence).
? Knowledge of financial products and risk management strategies.
? Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
? Certifications (Preferred): NISM
