Investment Banking Analyst Bfsi (1 3 Yrs)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently execute Investment Banking transactions
- Take independent ownership for preparation of all deal materials including but not limited to Information Memorandums, Financial models, Teasers and other deal documents
- Manage all aspects of deal execution including co-ordination of due diligence, road shows and deal documentation and work closely with all external parties including legal and tax advisors etc.
- Independently develop pitch books / presentation material for the purpose of client meetings
- Carry out research and analysis of companies / industries for various assignments
- Support the team in maintaining and updating credentials / pitch books and other databases
- Follow key industry trends and develop sound sector knowledge
- Ideate with senior team on new business opportunities
- Build sound understanding of products and service offerings off the platform.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in executing various transactions specifically in sectors such as Industrials, Infrastructure, Real Estate.
- Successful experience of working end to end on at least 1 M&A/PE transaction
- Ability to multi-task and handle more than 1 assignment frequently
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
