Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions. The Investment Banker will be responsible for advising clients on various financial matters, structuring deals, and managing the entire deal-making process.

• Assisting companies in issuing securities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Underwriting securities to minimise the risk associated with public offerings.

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

• Facilitating syndicated loans for large-scale projects.

• Guiding corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and business reorganisation.

• Conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities

Qualification-

• Ensuring adherence to ethical practices and safeguarding investor interests.

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus.

• Proven experience as a Merchant Banker or in a similar role within investment banking.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Excellent understanding of financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month Schedule:
