• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve sales targets while devising effective strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Ensure compliance, prepare reports, and drive revenue growth.
