Job Title Investment Account Services xe2x80x93 Java Full Stack DeveloperRoleSummary&RoleDescription As a Full Stack Developer you will contribute to the development, enhancement, configuration and maintenance of Investment Account Services platforms as a member of an agile scrum team. This is an opportunity to work within a very strong development team and help to develop challenging new products in the financial space using cutting edge technology. As a Java and Appian Technical Specialist candidate will xc2xb7 Design, Develop, Test, and Validate application solutions using Appian and Java for Alpha Investment Account Services platforms based on the business requirements. xc2xb7 Development of Appian, Java and API and integratons with other internal/external systems xc2xb7 Sound fundamentals in Java, Appian, design patterns, requirement understanding, unit-testing. xc2xb7 Working experience of Agile Methodology xc2xb7 Should possess a strong working experience in Architecture, development, related SDLC processes, excellent API, microservcies and database knowledge. xc2xb7 Sound knowledge/experience on PL/SQL, No SQL and SQL programming to an extent to carry out the necessary Application development and integration work. xc2xb7 Sound knowledge of Front office, Middle office and Back office domain services (Investment accounting services, Cash services) xc2xb7 Work on critical Development, Support and enhancement requests, and ensure the availability, accessibility and accuracy of the data delivered from these platforms. xc2xb7 Issue debugging, investigate application related issues, handle andrespond to critical application related support issues raised by the business with appropriate fix or technical resolution within a short span of time. xc2xb7 Understanding the business requirements and converting to the technical requirements xc2xb7 Review and guide the deliverables of the junior developers in the team. xc2xb7 Provide plans and estimation of the development tasks assigned. xc2xb7 Communicate effectively within the global teams and with business teams to carry out project related tasks smoothly in a coordinated approach. xc2xb7 Should exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving skills and aptitude to work in a complex and challenging work environment. xc2xb7 Knowledge, experience of AWS/Azure cloud and Kubernetes is highly desirable. xc2xb7 Certifications in Appian, Java, Cloud is highly desirableCore/Musthave skills 6+ Years Development experience in React / Angular JS 8+ Years Exp in Core Java/ J2EE, API development, micro services 3+ Years Exp in SQL/ PLSQL/No SQL (Prefer Oracle database) 3+ Years Exp in MQ (Middle Tier) , Kafka (Service to Service communication)Good tohave skills Any public Cloud Experience Kubernetes, Docker Technical CertificationsWorkSchedule HybridKeywords(If any) React,Angular, Java, API, micro services, Kafka, SQLWhy this role is important to usOur technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
