Job Description


Role: Business Development Manager with Client Servicing :- Identify and target new business opportunities in both corporate and individual insurance sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.- Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets- Consulting with the internal team and management on product offerings- Generating sales leads through research, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the insurance industry, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.- Present and promote Investacc insurance products to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support for clients.- Track, manage, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into long-term clients.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Negotiate and close deals in line with sales targets and revenue goals.- Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry activities to build brand visibility and attract new business.- For experienced candidates, mentor and guide less experienced team members.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- For freshers: A strong interest in business development and the insurance sector with a willingness to learn and grow.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow within a professional environment.- Candidates, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to take on challenges.Desired Profile:- Fresher/Experienced candidates with minimum 1 + years of experience in Sales and Client Servicing- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings- Excellent skills in communication and presentation- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships- Mode of Work : On Site- Location : Lokandhwala, Andheri (W)- Company Name : Investacc Insurance Brokers- Product : Insurance (ref:updazz.com)
