Work on active interaction with clients and advising them on their insurance portfolio and acting as an interface between POS (point of sales) and clients5. Should achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization6. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required7. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance products or renew existing ones8. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.9. Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance plans10. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution11. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reportsSkills:1. Sales and client service skills2.
