Job Details:
Duties & Responsibilities• Operate MHE in a safe manner adhering to Rules and Regulations set by the company.
• Monitor and ensure Pre-Ops Preparation are being performed by TM.
• Monitor SAP system to ensure Open TO and other pending system transaction and complete and cleared on a daily basis.
• To perform Inventory Accuracy (physical against system) checks.
• Provide coaching to junior or newly hired Team Member (TM).
• Provide training to TM.
• Work closely with PIC on TM development.
• Monitor and ensure TM and daily operation complies to FSQ and Safety standards.
• Work closely with PIC on Operation Planning and Organizing for the week in regards to resources, storage capacity and Production activities.
• Supporting PIC on Zone (cluster of blocks) Supervisory.
• Undertake any other task assigned by Superior.
