Job Summary:
The Stock Audit team is responsible for overseeing and conducting stock audits across multiple retail store locations (TN, AP & TS). This role ensures inventory accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and implements control measures to prevent stock losses. The individual will work closely with store managers, operations teams to enhance stock management practices and reduce shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Auditing & Verification:
Plan and execute periodic stock audits across retail stores.
Conduct physical verification of inventory against system records.
Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and report findings.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and improve internal controls to minimize shrinkage.
Team Coordination & Training:
Coordinate with store managers for effective audits.
Support internal teams in understanding and implementing stock audit procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
Diploma / graduate are eligible.
1-5 years of stock / internal audit or other relevant experience in Retail
Willingness to travel
Male candidate preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
