Roles & Responsibility:

1.Managing warehouse operations in a way that best suits the company's vision and policies

2.Ensure physical stock of devices and spares are matching with the system stock

3.Modernizing inventory and fulfillment operations and warehouse technologies

4.Overseeing invoices and proper allotment of warehoused product

5.Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with the data system (ERP)

6.Maintaining the warehouse physical conditions: 1) general cleanliness and 2) organization, layout, and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization

7.Coordinating with the central production team to schedule weekly dispatches

8.Working directly with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained

9.Processing returned goods and ensuring all return processes are completed correctly and efficiently

10. Raising monthly indent for regional purposes.
