The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.•

•Experience: • •Candidates with minimum 1+ year experience in inventory control, preferably in the food and beverage industry or retail sector.•
•Qualification: • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.•
•Maximum Salary: • •Upto INR 18,000/- per month ( as per experience and expertise ) + Other facilities•
•Job Profile: • •The Store Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock data, and coordinating with the store and supply chain teams. This role is crucial in supporting the seamless operation of the store by managing stock availability, conducting regular audits, and minimizing discrepancies.•
•Responsibilities •
•1. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations.•
•2. Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical audits to verify inventory accuracy.•
•3. Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to replenish inventory based on sales trends and forecasted demand.•
•4. Place orders for stock replenishment and track the delivery status.•
•5. Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory management software.•
•6. Update the inventory database with received, returned, and damaged goods.•
•7. Prepare inventory reports detailing stock levels, slow-moving items, and potential shortages.•
•8. Analyse inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements to stock management practices.•
•9. Ensure that all products received and stored meet quality standards.•
•10. Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers for returns or replacements•
•11. Adhere to all inventory control procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.•
•12. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of inventory items.•
•Required Skills: •
•1. Ability to analyze data and identify trends in inventory performance.•
•2. High level of accuracy in managing stock counts and data entry.•
•3. Hands-on experience with inventory management software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).•
•4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and team members.•
