DescriptionInventory Deployment Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s SecretVictoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret GlobalBengaluru, IndiaDESCRIPTION: The Inventory Deployment Analyst executes pre-season and current-season inventory deployment functions to support store inventory and sales. Associate will strategically assess the business\xe2\x80\x99 demand and inventory position across the business with the intent of aligning financial and operational plans. The Analyst will ensure consistent execution of the inventory deployment plans and alignment with the business strategy across all categories as related to assortments, priorities, and objectives to ensure optimum inventory levels to maximize sales and margin. In addition, the analyst will champion approaches to unlock incremental opportunities at the store/size level within market geographies/stores. This position will work as a member of a global team operating in multiple countries and time zones. Position will be required to work from 12:30pm-9:30pm IST.RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc2\xb7Participate in inventory deployment as well as demand forecasting planning and alignment\xc2\xb7Execute size selling analysis to drive local merchandise distortions\xc2\xb7Leverage technology solutions to increase accuracy and efficiency in inventory deployment and tracking\xc2\xb7Analyze past performance to identify opportunities and create pro-active actions to improve inventory position and drive sales\xc2\xb7Generate ad-hoc reporting as necessary\xc2\xb7Perform analysis of store-level callouts from retail partners\xc2\xb7Support MP&A team by identifying areas of opportunity in the assortment and adapt future deployments to reflect new learnings and strategies\xc2\xb7Maintain effective written and verbal communication with the global team in order to increase productivityVS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsEXPERIENCE:\xc2\xb7 2-3 years of experience in inventory deployment and or demand forecasting \xe2\x80\x93 preferably in international retail markets\xc2\xb7High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel required\xc2\xb7Proficiency with some/all of the following systems preferred: MSI (Microstrategy), JDA Allocation, SAP\xc2\xb7Excellent statistical/quantitative analytical skills\xc2\xb7Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities\xc2\xb7Excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among associatesEDUCATION: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience required
