Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Management Accountant in Supply Chain Operations to join our team. As a cost management accountant, you will be responsible for managing inventory, utilizing Excel for data analysis, possessing strong mathematical skills, and demonstrating proficiency in Zoho Inventory Management software. This role requires a keen understanding of inventory ledgers and the ability to optimize supply chain processes. Experience with Zoho Books is considered an asset for this position. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and reconciling discrepancies. 2. Utilize Excel to analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify trends or discrepancies. 3. Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes and minimize costs. 5. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the supply chain. 7. Provide support for inventory-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving discrepancies. 8. Utilize Zoho Inventory Management software to streamline inventory management processes and enhance data visibility. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management. 10. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or related roles. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, v-lookup, and data analysis tools. 4. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. 5. Experience using Zoho Inventory Management software or similar inventory management systems. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. 7. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 9. Knowledge of inventory ledgers, FIFO/LIFO principles, and inventory valuation methods.
