We are looking for a reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team. You will keep track of inventory in Excel and a physical register, manage purchases, issue diesel coupons for truck dispatches, and record petrol allowances and issued diesel coupons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Keep inventory records updated in Excel and a physical register.
• Regularly check and match stock levels.
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts.
• Purchase Management:
• Manage the purchase of inventory items.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Check and record incoming items against purchase orders.
• Diesel Coupon Management:
• Issue diesel coupons to drivers when trucks are dispatched.
• Keep records of who gets diesel coupons.
• Petrol Allowance Management:
• Record and manage petrol allowances for staff.
• Track and report petrol usage and allowances accurately.
• Reporting:
• Create regular reports on inventory levels, purchases, and fuel usage.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory and fuel records.

Requirements:

• •A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required. •
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
