Job Summary:

We are looking for a careful and organized Storekeeper to join our team. You will keep track of inventory using MS Excel and physical registers, give diesel coupons to truck drivers, and manage truck weights before and after loading items. You will also manage inventory and raw materials to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Keep accurate inventory records in MS Excel.
• Record all inventory transactions, like receiving, issuing, and transferring items.
• Do regular physical inventory checks and fix any differences.
• Make sure inventory items are stored and labeled properly.
• Diesel Coupon Management:
• Give diesel coupons to trucks following company rules.
• Keep a register to track issued coupons and their usage.
• Ensure all issued coupons are properly authorized and documented.
• Truck Weight Management:
• Weigh trucks before and after loading items.
• Record truck weights accurately in a register and Excel sheet.
• Follow safety and regulatory rules during the weighing process.
• Raw Material Management:
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels.
• Work with suppliers to restock raw materials on time.
• Ensure raw materials are stored and handled properly to prevent damage or contamination.
• General Storekeeping Duties:
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure all inventory items are stored safely and securely.
• Support other departments when needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed 12th grade or B.Com at least.
• Experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
