JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Inventory clerk to join our team. The responsibilities include managing all the parts or products, including recording new items in their stock room's. They track each item as it enters the establishment through records of what's been sold and where those goods go.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in or leave the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Counting materials, merchandise or supplies in stock.
• Maintaining and updating records.
• Distributing or stocking merchandise.
• Tracking incoming and outgoing products.
• Stocking shelves and showrooms.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies.
• Tracking incoming and outgoing products.
• Counting the stocks manually.
• Stock labelling and packaging.
• Identifying the defective products, if any.
• Coordinating and supporting Inventory Head.
• Ensuring the floor area is clean and tidy.
• Receive and deliver and/or shelf all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of shipments, noting damage or shortages.
• Pick and deliver stock orders from storeroom inventory on a timely basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
• Minimum Education : 10+ and Above
• Max Education : Graduate in any discipline
EXPERIENCE: 0-1 year
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coordinating and supporting.
