Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory and Godown Supervisor to join our team at a leading HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Chiller equipment dealership.

Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Age Limit : 35 to 50

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the HVAC dealership godown, ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization of HVAC units, chillers, spare parts, and related equipment.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming products and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain detailed inventory records of all HVAC and chiller products, including spare parts, tools, and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking when necessary to avoid shortages.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of heavy HVAC equipment and components.
• Coordinate the timely dispatch of products and materials to customers or service teams.
• Perform regular stock audits and address discrepancies promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management or godown supervision, preferably in HVAC, chillers, or related industries.
• Experience with warehouse management and inventory control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC product specifications and requirements will be a plus.
