Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Inventory Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain inventory records, and ensure smooth coordination between the finance and inventory departments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all locations.

Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.

Track and monitor stock movements, ensuring timely and precise system updates.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage restocking and deliveries.

Analyze inventory trends to identify overstock, shortages, and slow-moving items.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss, wastage, and inefficiencies.

Prepare inventory reports for management and recommend improvements based on insights.

Accounts Management:



Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in a timely manner.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders for financial transactions.

Key Requirements:



Relevant experience in accounts and inventory management.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
