Device Management (MECM)



• Windows Enterprise Image management (Base OS used for Recovery)







• MECM client Settings (Software Center, Configuration Manager)




MECM platform Management



• Requests management for collections





• Distribution points and DP Groups







• Boundaries/Boundaries groups

• Boot Image/Task sequence

Incident/Problem Management /Change Management



• Create a Change request







• Level 3 Support (System Support) - Endpoint CCST services

SSR/NSSR Management



• Consulted for Level 2 SSR (Configuration Support)







• Consulted for Process and Procedure Digitalization Maintenance, Level 2 SSR and? NSSR.







• Service Request management (validation, Execution and Delivery)




Expertise sought:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations

SCCM and Co-management expertise
