Job Description


GRA is a Transfer Pricing initiative aimed at arriving at a common methodology of revenue sharing across legal entities with a view to align legal and management books. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end of revenue settlement and accounting. This position is responsible for the overall management of the process and working closely with senior stakeholders in designing and executing the GRA strategy .Responsibilities:

  • Timely execution and supervision of day to day operations related GRA ( Global Revenue Attribution ) processing
  • Work on revenue attribution accounting, reconciliation, reporting for the countries
  • Work with the seniors to execute strategic implementations
  • Manual Cash settlements for Intercompany Revenue
  • Manage the reconciliations between various systems
  • Work on various reports for the regions and countries
  • Reporting to Vice President
  • Identify and resolve problems using basic Finance knowledge, escalating as needed
  • Assist with the implement work flow or process change and redesign
  • Assist in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
  • Execute processes and procedures within defined parameters
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of previous experience required
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Excellent MS Office and analytical skills
  • Result Oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks covering BAU and projects with aggressive deadlines
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong Problem solving ability
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance with experience in an Accounting/Finance related position.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Preferred Chartered Accountant/Post Graduate
  • Knowledge of Citi systems preferred
  • Experience with accounting and customer reporting, customization, preferred
  • Experience within a delivery role
  • Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance with experience in an Accounting/Finance related position
