In an attempt to create a level playing field for everyone, we started Scaler Academy by InterviewBit, an ed-tech start-up helping engineers be job-ready, has launched a new executive tech programme Scaler brands co-exist as:

a. Scaler School of Technology - 4-year degree program

b. Scaler Academy - Working Professionals of all years of experience at services companies or T2 products (Software and Data Science)

c. Scaler Neoversity - Working Professionals at T1 product companies/startups that want to learn product management and other leadership traits.

We have been software engineers ourselves in top tech companies and we know what\'s required to succeed in tech. As such, we teach things that matter in tech. We started our first batch in April\'2019 and we launch a new batch every month. We intake 300 people every month with more than 20k people who are in waitlists. We are off to a great start with really high classroom ratings, extremely high engagement (People spend ~5 hours daily on the site). Our early placement stories are very humbling to say the least. We are already seeing people get 6x hikes in salaries.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our clients need someone who is dedicated, full of enthusiasm and truly enjoy working with people. We are looking for a dynamic and diligent individual to help us provide world-class service to our most premiere clients.

You will be responsible for retaining customers and negotiating renewals and account growth, providing strategic recommendations on how to best use our tool, and help us achieve maximum sales profitability.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Targets companies within the segment that prioritize winning the war for talent and attracting the best people to their organization.

- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.

- Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, and cold calling.

- Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.

- Proven experience in dealing with C Level executives in technology companies.

- Plan a weekly sales cycle and meet prospective clients on a daily basis.

- Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from clients.

- Media Tracking to generate prospects

- Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports,weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.

- Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Graduate from premium institute (MBA good to have)

- 3+ years of experience

- Prior experience of account management & sales in the Recruitment/HR tech industry is a plus.

- Someone who come with Broad Network to help us get good clients onboarded for the students

- Skilled at closing deals that are more advanced in scope and size. Customers consistently have significant elements of complexity

- Understanding the market in terms of customer needs buying behavior, assessing the market requirement suggesting new marketing ideas for Scaler.
