GENDER : FEMALES/MALES ROLES AND RESPONSILBILITIES
- Understanding of the interviewing procedure and the capacity to convey it to prospective applicants
- Ability to provide guidance and advice to candidates on how to prepare for an interview.
- The capacity to connect with prospects and make them feel at ease.
- Ability to make a good first impression and establish a professional but welcoming environment
- Provide constructive feedback, both positive and negative, to all candidates.
- Listen actively and respond to questions and concerns
- Assess a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills and qualifications against the role requirements.
- Identify and address any potential problems or concerns before and during an interview
- Knowledge of current trends in interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Create innovative content ideas
- Build / Create and Manage SOP Department, lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements
- Any Graduate, Diploma or Equivalent
- Good communication skills, fluency in English
- Knowledge of Interview Processes
