Job Description
Location : Jagatsinghpur,Ganjam,Dhenkanal,Deogarh,Cuttack,Boudh,Balangir,Anugul,Sambalpur,Nawrangpur,Mayurbhanj,Keonjhar
Key Responsibilities:
• Debt Collection: Visit customers to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers about outstanding debts and available payment options.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collections and provide regular updates to management.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection activities adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
• Payment Processing: Collect payments and provide receipts.
• Conflict Resolution: Address customer issues and negotiate terms when needed.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Class 12th pass
• Experience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of collection practices.
• Other: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within a designated area.
Working Conditions:
• Field-based role with frequent travel; flexible hours may be required.
• Compensation may include base salary plus incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
