Responsibilities for Intern - Customer Support role: • Handle customer queries through chats primarily and manage calls and email-based on demand
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Generate revenue by understanding the needs of customers
• Upsell other products wherever possible
• Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure that the customer experience is not impacted
Responsibilities for Intern - Operations role: • Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & In- house
• Responsible for End to end backend support to Operations inquiries, Appointment Confirmations, follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, escalations and executions
• Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmations, and reports ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand
• Coordinate with Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of OPD Insurance claims
• Effective communication in handling customer queries and query resolution with the customers
Must skills: • Good communication skills in English and multi-tasking ability
• Sound confident, energetic and have patience all through the day
• Friendly, calm under pressure, and effective communication with customers
• Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations
• Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement
Ideal candidate: • Excellent attention to detail with good typing speed
• Good Excel and presentation skills
• Someone who is good at selling and can be self-motivated, take initiative, flexible to accommodate new methods, and responsibilities as and when the role demands
• Decision-making and prioritization
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning abilities
• Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to the customer
