Job Description

In this role, you'll be a test engineer who will be responsible for the quality of our portfolio of products. Twinleaves software products range from web user interfaces to mobile applications, and multiple backend services. In this role, you will be responsible for testing the above products in both manual and automated.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting, bug triaging, and understanding customer issues.

You'll also be a solution integrator involved in the integration of the backend with mobile clients and 3rd party systems in some cases.

We are looking for an adaptable, self-driven individual, a quick learner who can own the below responsibilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java is a must
• Web application testing.
• Must have automating tests for REST services with JSON format.
• Should have good understanding about using automation test frameworks like Angular, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.
• Strong knowledge about testing databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc) using SQL queries. using issue-tracking software to track and verify defects found during testing.
• Has working knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Strong programming, and problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, distributed systems, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of observability systems.
• Understanding of managed cloud services like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Understanding of distributed messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Google PubSub etc, and caching services like Redis, etc is desired.
