Program Overview:

• Active Directory: Understanding Active Directory architecture and its components. Learning how to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions. Implementing and troubleshooting group policies.
• Basic Networking: Fundamentals of networking, including IP addressing, subnets, and routing. Setting up and configuring network devices. Diagnosing and resolving network issues.
• Server Virtualization: Introduction to server virtualization concepts. Setting up and managing virtual machines using leading virtualization platforms. Performance monitoring and optimization of virtual environments.
• Desktop Virtualization and Windows Installation: Installing and configuring Windows operating systems. Setting up and managing desktop virtualization solutions. Ensuring optimal performance and security of virtual desktops.
• Troubleshooting and Support Process: Understanding the IT support lifecycle and best practices. Developing skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Providing technical support to end-users and documenting solutions.
