We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Fitness Trainer Interns. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and learn from experienced professionals in the fitness industry.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting fitness assessments
• Provide guidance and support to clients during their training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely.
• Assist in organizing and leading group fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Support the senior trainers in daily tasks and client management.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field is a plus.
