Job Title: Internship Coordinator - Digital Marketing

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Internship Coordinator who specializes in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing internship programs while also contributing their expertise in digital marketing to enhance the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate internship programs from start to finish, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Guide and mentor interns in the field of digital marketing, providing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination of internship projects.
• Assist in content creation, digital campaigns, and monitoring of KPIs related to digital marketing efforts.
• Maintain strong communication with interns and other teams to ensure successful project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Previous experience in internship coordination or program management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Prior experience in mentoring or training interns is desirable.

• Location: Kochi, with the option for hybrid work if applicable.
