Job Posting Title - Junior Consultant - Launch ExcellenceWorking in collaboration with the Global Launch Excellence team and the Commercial Operations team, the person will be responsible for the on-time completion of activities aiming at enhancing internal tracking tools around new launches and in market pharmaceutical products.Essential Functions

• Reviews and analyzes internal data sets to identify potential quality issues and provides solutions in line with given SOPs and training

• Collects through desk research and compiles in a structured way different information related to the pharmaceutical industry

. Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

• Works as part of a team in preparing analysis

• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Req

• Proficient excel skills

• Ability to deliver on tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and products highly desired

• Excellent attention to details, precision

• Problem solving and learning agility

• Works willingly and effectively with others to accomplish team goals
