You will be responsible for -

Responsible for interacting with the customers of our clients over the phone, web and e-mail.

Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the customers.

Updating the data and the information about the clients in the respective CRM systems.

Scheduling the payments with the debtors.

Must be able to achieve individual goals and contribute to department goals as required.

Requirements -

12th pass

Minimum 6 months experience for US based 3rd party / legal collections

Should be willing to work in US Shifts

Excellent verbal / written communication skills

Sound computer knowledge with good typing speed with accuracy.
