Job Responsibilities :
• Provide support to international customers via voice calls.
• Address customer queries related to products/services.
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher authorities as needed.
Requirements :
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal).
• Ability to handle international customer calls professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Freshers with a good command of English are welcome.
