Key Responsibilities
• Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the company's current requirement.
• Sourcing and screening the resume of the potential candidates through job boards.
• Maintain and track the databases and keep track of recruitment.
• Scrutinize and check the credibility of the candidate and complete the necessary documentation.
• Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Key role is to start contacting potential candidates,counsel them through IT based Knowldege Transfer Programmes.This model of recruitment will give the exposure to the best of inside hiring.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent(Any Stream).
• Experience : 0-1 year of experience in the BPO sector.
• MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet Surfing knowledge (Basic).
• Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion.
Salary:
• Basic Salary - As per market
• Incentives based upon your performance.
• Travelling allowance will be provided.
• No pick-and-drop will be provided.
Duty Hours & Shifts
• Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM)
• Monday - Friday.
