Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers to inform them about our products and services, and ultimately generate sales leads. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database or leads list.
• Present, promote, and services to prospective customers.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.
• Obtain and document customer information and inquiries accurately.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Banking sector.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
