Job Description
• Strong communication skills in the English language.
• Open to both fresh graduates and undergraduates with documented work experience of at least 6 months in any field.
• Exceptional communication skills can offset experience requirements for undergraduate freshers.
• Proficient in handling inbound banking-related queries for US-based clients.
• Comfortable working in a 100% voice process environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in international voice processes is an added advantage.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and meeting performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
