• International Voice Process

Experience Required:

• Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in international voice processes, international sales, or client servicing.
• Must be flexible to work rotational shifts.
• Fluent in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

• Take ownership of each customer interaction, empathize, and prioritize their needs.
• Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
• Build relationships to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Communication Skills:

• Exhibit effective verbal and written communication with customers.
• Document customer account activities accurately.
• Engage in active listening and interactive dialogue.

Problem Solving:

• Approach problems logically and make effective decisions.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and conduct research when necessary.

Analytical Skills:

• Critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory practices.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in using browsers, navigating multiple tabs, and instant messaging tools.
• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education
UG: Graduation Not Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Night shift
• US shift
