Responsibilities and Duties
1.Handle customer's problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2.Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
3.Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
4.Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
5.Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Requirements and Skills
1.Strong ability to communicate in multiple languages.
2.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
3.Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
4.Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
5.Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
