Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our global clients via phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information in response to inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and troubleshooting to customers.
• Achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) set by the organization.
• Process orders, forms, and applications as per the company's guidelines.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and ensure service quality.
• Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work in a team-oriented environment.
