Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our International Voice Process team. You will be responsible for handling customer calls and providing support to clients in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls for customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service or voice process is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
