Job Description
Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with approved vendors of the company.
? Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
? Gather client requirements and communicate them to the hiring team. Strive to meet or surpass
designated expectations and acquisition targets for new clients.
? Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory fulfillment of client
needs.
? Handle full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job
analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
? Understand partner requirements for candidates and source suitable candidates from job portals
such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder, among others.
? Experience working with both W2 and C2C requirements.
? Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary in alignment with the above responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,788.78 - ?20,075.92 per month
Schedule:
