Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the UK, Australia, and the US , building rapport, understanding client needs, and promoting our services with integrity, as a representer for Ethical Den\'s Digital Marketing and Software Development services.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our services can address their needs.
Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and meeting their expectations.
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to our business growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and insights in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months- 1 year of proven experience in tele calling sales & marketing exposure, showcasing your ability to excel in a client-focused role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with an articulate and professional phone manner.
Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Software Development concepts will be advantageous.
Adaptability to tailor conversations based on client preferences and evolving business needs.
Strong organizational skills to manage a steady flow of calls and interactions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to exceed targets while maintaining ethical practices.
